Coaching services are provided to individuals, organizations, companies, group coaching & individual coaching with the aim of creating change, increasing awareness and working to solve problems and challenges.
Sessions take place individually between Life Coach and the beneficiary, whether it is a person who wants to develop himself or an individual within an organization or company.
Coaching sessions are also offered through groups, in this case called Group Coaching, and take place through life coaching and a group of individuals who share the same challenge or problem.

What is the role of the Life Coach in the coaching sessions?

The role of the life coach helps the beneficiary determine his goal and purpose of the coaching sessions, and makes sure that the goal of the session is a realistic goal that can be achieved.

During the coaching session, the life coach focuses on the goal of the session specified at the beginning of the session by the beneficiary. Talk about it after agreeing on the first topic.
The goal of this step:
Ascertaining the priorities of the beneficiary and paying attention to them, focusing on the main topic. There is a rule in coaching that says, “The stated goal at the beginning of the session is rarely the main goal that the beneficiary wants to talk about.”

The role of the Life Coach in the coaching sessions can be likened to a loyal friend who wants success and goodness for his friend, so when the beneficiary makes progress after conducting the coaching session, the Life Coach rejoices in this progress, even if it is simple, he rejoices as if he made this progress, I personally when I receive a message via An email or WhatsApp from a beneficiary telling me that he made a decision he wanted to take or implemented what was agreed upon at the end of the session.

– Life Coach helps the beneficiary by asking a set of deep inspiring questions that help him to get the answers from within him, helps him realize all aspects related to the purpose of the session, helps him realize the positive and negative results and how to deal with them.

– Life Coach does not provide advice or solutions to the beneficiary, but rather helps him to reach that himself through constructive dialogue that depends on clarity, mutual trust, respect for the ideas and feelings of the beneficiary and not judging him.

At the end of the session, the Life Coach can present some suggestions for some educational resources that can be used, such as reading a book, a link to a YouTube video, attending a specialized course, or communicating with a specialist in another field.
