2- In this step, write down all the reasons related to the existence of this problem
This step is important in helping you understand the nature of the causes of the problem and work in a practical and realistic way to deal with these causes, which are real.
3- Think and ask
I want you to think about each of these reasons that you listed in the previous step. What will you do with this reason and how do you deal with it? In this step, I advise you to ask a specialist who will help you in creating innovative solutions that will facilitate the process of reaching a workable solution.
4- If you find it difficult to implement the previous step, I invite you to sit alone and think what are the challenges that stand in front of you and prevent you from helping yourself?
Write down everything that comes to your mind, is it personal matters or things outside your control? After you finish your session, think about what you noticed and did not realize before, and that represents an obstacle to you, and determine and how do you deal with it?
5- Charge yourself.
