Emotional intelligence improves the quality of our lives and helps us develop the way we deal with our feelings and how we empathize with others, but why is it important to learn emotional intelligence?

Emotional intelligence has become one of the most important skills of the 21st century, and scientific research on emotional intelligence has increased during previous years due to its importance and positive impact in various aspects of life.

Through my work in the field of training and coaching, I offer a training program entitled “The Emotional Intelligence Program” for individuals, companies and institutions, and in the period from March 2020 to February 2022, 16 groups were successfully completed. More than 120 trainees from 12 countries attended the program. Through practical experience, I noticed a noticeable change in the trainees after attending the program
Dr. Maysoon from Qatar, after attending the program, said, “These were rich, influential meetings that left a lot in the soul, and the applications were effective. I touched their impact on myself and in my dealings with others. Personally, this trip helped me overcome a very difficult personal circumstance. This program was a sustenance from God Almighty to me.” At this time, I am grateful to God for the huge amount of messages I received during this programme.

Emotional intelligence helps you discover yourself from the inside through awareness of how to deal with your feelings and realize their impact on you. Knowing yourself is the first step to your self-esteem.

Emotional intelligence helps you to make the right decisions and prevents you from making decisions while you are in an unstable state on a psychological level.

It helps you manage your feelings and deal with different emotions

It helps you improve your emotional health by becoming aware of your own feelings and the feelings of others and better understanding what is happening that influences conscious behavior.

Strengthens your relationships with others, through the art of communicating with others’ feelings and understanding their needs and working to meet them in a healthy way.

What is the result of your low level of emotional intelligence?
Some businessmen are successful in running a business as “mental intelligence” but are unable to deal with people “emotional intelligence”

– Some university professors are successful in the academic explanation of “mental intelligence”, but they have a weakness in communication and dealing with students “emotional intelligence”

A successful life partner in his work “mental intelligence”, but he does not have the skill to communicate with his children and wife, “emotional intelligence”

And many other examples.
