In cooperation with the Al-Manhal Institute for Culture and Computer in the United Arab Emirates to present a meeting on emotional intelligence Entitled “Emotional Intelligence in the Work Environment,” the meeting dealt with important axes, starting with the definition of emotional intelligence and its importance, clarifying the components of the emotional intelligence model of Daniel Goleman, and explaining how it is possible to know the feelings of others in the work environment and deal with them in a way that deepens communication, and to clarify how emotional intelligence affects the productivity of employees in the work environment. This meeting is part of a series of meetings aimed at spreading awareness of the importance of emotional intelligence and its applications in the Arab world This initiative aims to spread awareness of emotional intelligence through specialized training programs and public lectures for individuals, institutions and companies. Meeting topics: • What is the definition of emotional intelligence and its importance. • What are the components of emotional intelligence. • How to discover the feelings of others with insight into the work environment. • How emotional intelligence affects employee productivity.
