In cooperation with the Zag Eng family team, Faculty of Engineering, Zagazig University, to present a lecture entitled “You are the most important” for the students of the faculty. Reality, providing practical steps for changing negative habits and acquiring new positive habits, as well as providing practical steps to achieve balance in aspects of life.
“You Are Most Important” is a lecture within a series of lectures aimed at raising awareness of self-interest, working on self-esteem and enhancing self-confidence.
Meeting topics:
– How to deal with ideas and use them to serve the goals.
– How to give and receive advice to and from others.
Practical steps for changing habits.
– How to achieve balance in the aspects of life.
