On a special invitation from Consulting Group, Boston 747, to present a lecture entitled “Winning in the Relationship” to a group of life coaches who graduated from the life coaching program offered by the company.
The lecture dealt with important points that help the life coach to communicate in a way that helps him to win in his personal relationships and his relationships with clients during coaching sessions, through the application of the non-violent communication model, which helps to communicate in a comfortable and clear manner that facilitates the process of conveying ideas and feelings correctly without creating conflicts, also Knowing how needs in the relationship are identified and expressed to avoid negative expectations and reduce conflict.
